VERO BEACH – The Indian River Chamber of Commerce will host a Professional Training Program beginning Thursday November 11. The program curriculum: Evolve and Take Charge of Change, Working With You is Killing Me, Don’t Fail on the Front Line of Customer Service, How to Empower Your Employees to Take the Initiative, Promote and Encourage Innovation and Creativity, and How to Write a Marketing Plan.
The program is presented & developed by Rosalie Hakker of Contract Trainers, Inc. Hakker has over 20 years of experience in the Training and Development field. She was a training director in the financial sector before she started her own consulting firm in 1980. She specializes in designing and delivering customized management development programs, organizational development, performance management systems and customer service training.
Program dates are Thursdays, Nov. 11, Dec.9, Jan. 13, Feb. 10, March 10 and April 14 from 8:30 a.m. until noon at the Chamber of Commerce building. Class size is limited.
Single classes are $45, your choice of 3 for $125 or the entire series for $240.
