Carlos S. Feliciano, 77, Vero Beach

Carlos S. Feliciano, 77, died Oct. 15, 2010, at the Indian River Medical Center.

He was born in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, and lived in Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from Milford, Conn. He was a machinist for American Chain & Cable Co. in Bridgeport, Conn., and Orange Research in Orange, Conn.

He served in the Army during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife of seven years, Estel Feliciano, of Vero Beach; sons, Carlos Feliciano Jr., of Stratford, Conn., Eric Feliciano and Daniel Feliciano, both of Ansonia, Conn., and Timothy Bristol, of Stratford; daughter, Yvonne Sepulveda, of Bridgeport; sisters, Carmen Williams, of Melbourne and Dru Dejesus, of Vero Beach; brother, Jose Feliciano, of Stuart; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Georgina Feliciano; and brother, Frank Feliciano.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation, 1701 N. Beauregard St. Alexandria, VA 22311.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 21 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach followed by a memorial celebration at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
