SEBASTIAN — Soma Gail Melnick, vice president of Macho Products in Sebastian, has been named the 2010 Workforce Solutions Board Member of the Year. Melnick, who has been involved with the organization for seven years, has also been selected as the 2010 Chair of the Workforce Board.
