John Gallo, 54, died July 4, 2010.
He was born in Ridgewood, N.J. and lived in Marion, S.C., and formerly was a 48-year resident of Vero Beach.
He was a former member of St. Helen Catholic Church and the Fraternal Order Eagles, both of Vero Beach.
Survivors include his companion, Sherri of Marion, S.C.; son, Jonathan Gallo of Marion; daughter, Genevieve Gallo of Marion; father, Daniel A. Gallo of Vero Beach; brothers, Scott Gallo of Tampa, Mark Gallo and Richard Gallo, both of Louisville, Ky., James Gallo of Fort Pierce, Greg Gallo of Vero Beach, Matthew Gallo of Chicago, Ill.; sister, Irene Phelps of Timonium, Md. and Mary Antoinette Waskavich of Louisville, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Harriette Gallo.
A viewing will be from 5-8 p.m. July 9 with a wake service to be at 6:30 p.m. at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home and Crematory.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at noon July 10 at St. Helen Catholic Church.
