Marion Harden, 70, died June 27, 2010, at VNA Hospice of Vero Beach.
He was born in Tenille, Ga., and moved to Indian River County more than 40 years ago, coming from Sandersville, Ga.
Before retirement, he worked for Graves Brothers Harvesting Co. for 56 years.
Survivors include his daughters, Brenda McElroy of Miami, Elois Harden of Wabasso and Tabitha Williams of Gifford; sons, Marion Harden Jr. of Wabasso, Adam Harden of Gifford and Terence Lee of Washington, D.C.; sisters, Mary Dell Sabb of Savannah, Ga., JoAnn Jordan of Deerfield, and Delois Wright and Mary Helen Hick, both of Wrightsville, Ga.; 18 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. July 2 at Hortense/Mills Memorial Funeral Home.
Services will be at 11 a.m. July 3 at Friendship Primitive Baptist Church in Wabasso. Burial will follow at Wabasso Cemetery.
