INDIAN RIVER COUNTY – The recently completed Florida Police and Fire games held throughout the Treasure Coast featured 3,600 athletes from 200 different agencies competing in 45 Olympic-style events. Among highlights from competitors for the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office was Sergeant Leanette Tillis who took four gold medals in swimming. Also winning gold medals were Sergeant Brad Fojtik and Deputy Larry Nusser (Shotgun event) and Deputy Nusser again in the Automatic Shotgun.
