Tea Party to host Commission, School Board candidate forums

VERO BEACH – The Indian River Tea Party will be hosting two candidate forums for the upcoming local elections at the Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center, 1707 16th St., Vero Beach.

A forum featuring the County Commission candidates from Districts 2 and 4 will be held on Thursday July 8 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. A second forum featuring School Board candidates from Districts 1, 3 and 5 will be held on Friday July 9, also from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. All of the candidates have been invited to participate, regardless of party affiliation.

The event is free and open to the public, and attendees do not need to have any alliance with the Tea Party Movement to attend either forum.

All local residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The Indian River Tea Party is an entity formed by local residents as part of a growing grassroots, nationwide movement.
