Carol McMullen, 77, Vero Beach

Carol McMullen, 77, died June 6, 2010, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.

She was born in Dothan, Ala., and lived in Vero Beach for 28 years, coming from Apollo Beach.

Survivors include her sons, Billy McMullen of Vero Beach and Todd McMullen of Ocala; sisters, Ann Jennings and Eloise Feit, both of Port St. Lucie; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Eli McMullen; and sister, Johnny Mae Dean.

Memorial contributions may be made to Indian River State College Foundation, 3209 Virginia Ave., Fort Pierce FL 34981.

Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. June 11 at Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach.

A celebration of life will be at 6 p.m. June 11 at the funeral home with the Rev. Todd Holden officiating.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. June 12 at Largo Cemetery in Largo. A guest book is available at strunkfuneralhome.com.
