Cassey Northern, 91, died May 30, 2010, at his home.
He was born in Tallahassee and lived in Indian River County for more than 40 years, coming from his birthplace.
Survivors include his sons, Freddie Lee Northern and Jerry Northern, both of Arcadia; and daughters, Levonia Northern of Vero Beach, Earnestine Northern of Fort Pierce, Rosetta Northern Green of Rochester, N.Y., and Barbara Johnson of Lakeland.
He was preceded in death by his son, Willie Northern Jr. services: Visitation and a memorial service will be at 1 p.m. June 8 at Stone Brothers Funeral Chapel, Vero Beach.
