CASSELBERRY — St. Edward’s tennis ace Andrew Butz Friday added two more state titles to his trophy case, collecting the Class 1A singles title and following that up as doubles champion with teammate Conner Pickering.Butz successfully defended the title he won last year, topping Bradenton Christian’s Dominic Cotrone 6-4, 6-3 in the morning match at Red Bug Lake Park. Butz came out a few hours later with Pickering and earned the school’s first doubles state title with a 7-6 (7-5), 6-3 triumph over the team from Benjamin.As an overall team event, the Pirates finished second with 11 points, behind 17 for American Heritage.
