Richard “Dick” A. Mohn, 86, of Vero Beach passed away on April 21, 2010.
He was born in Uhrichsville, Ohio to Kenneth and Mary Elinor Mohn and served in the Navy during World War II.
Before leaving for the Pacific aboard the USS Tulagi, he married his high school sweetheart, Betty in 1944. After the war, they settled in Lakewood Park, Ohio then ultimately moved to Vero Beach in 1963.
He and Betty were married for 63 years, until she died in 2007.
His brother, Donald Mohn (Betty), sister, Inice Langley, children Steve (Bobbi Ann), Becky (Randy), Bobby (Ginger), Gail (Malcolm), his 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grand children will dearly miss him.
He was a devoted father and husband and was a kind, generous man to all who knew him.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date and will take place in Vero Beach.
