Ozie Bell Dillard, 90, died April 13, 2010, at Indian River Medical Center.
She was born in Eastman, Ga., and was a longtime resident of Indian River County. She was a member of Canaanland Missionary Baptist Church where she served as church mother.
Survivors include her sons, Archie Pound and Scott Dillard, both of Gifford, and Murray Mitchell of Vero Beach; sister, Bernice Tabb of Buffalo, N.Y.; 25 grandchildren; and 45 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ozell Mitchell, Johnny Mitchell, Ben Mitchell and Roy Mitchell; and sister, Betty Mae Jane.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. April 23 at Stone Brothers Funeral Chapel.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. April 24 at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, Gifford. Burial will follow in Gifford Cemetery.
