Elsie Marie Pratt Campbell, 98, died April 16, 2010, at Atlantic Health Care in Vero Beach.
She was born in Philadelphia and lived in Vero Beach. She was employed as the administrative assistant for the commander of headquarters, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C., and as assistant city clerk for the City of Sebastian.
She served as president of the Sebastian Area Civic Association, Pelican Island Garden Club and Sebastian Women’s Club and vice president of the Pilots Club of Vero Beach.
Survivors include her son, Charles H. Pratt Jr. of Lanham, Md.; daughter, Phyllis D. Huseman of Sebastian; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles H. Pratt; second husband, Ned F. Campbell; and sisters, Anne M. Raebuck and Helen M. Raebuck.
