Rev. Willard C. Paul, 95, died April 9, 2010, at Indian River Estates Medical Center.
He was born in Richmond, Calif., and lived in Vero Beach since 1989, coming from East Rochester, N.Y.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California Berkeley and his master’s degree in theology from Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton, N.J.
He served as pastor emeritus of First Presbyterian Church of East Rochester for 27 years before his retirement.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Rochester, N.Y., the Presbytery of Genesee Valley, Rochester, and the Vero Beach High Twelve, Indian River Estates.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Ruth Griffith Paul; son, Kenneth Paul of Honeoye Falls, N.Y.; two stepsons, John Griffith of East Rochester and Ronald Griffith of Escondido, Calif.; stepdaughter, Jane Miller of Perry, N.Y.; sister, Annabelle Kemp of Coos Bay, Ore.; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristie Klooz.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m., May 22, at First Presbyterian Church of East Rochester.
