George Wytzka, 90, died April 13, 2010, at Indian River Medical Center.
He was born in Ridgewood, N.Y.,and lived in Vero Beach for 27 years coming from Albany, N.Y. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II in the Pacific Theater.
He retired after 43 years from New York State Division of Employment as an administrative analyst.
He was a member of Friends of the Indian River Library, Exchange Club of Vero Beach, Retired Public Employees Association and IAPES.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Patricia Wytzka of Vero Beach; son, George Peter Wytzka of Bay Village, Ohio; daughter, Ann Marie Wytzka of Arlington, Va.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be noon April 17 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach. Visitation will be 11 a.m. April 17 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach.
