Brooke Nicole Johnson, 18, died March 30, 2010.
She was a former resident of Vero Beach.
Survivors include her parents, Jackie Johnson of Lake Worth and Steven W. and Lori Johnson of Vero Beach; sisters, April Lovell of Lake Worth and Jenae Scarborough of Vero Beach; brother, Zach Rider of Vero Beach; and her grandparents.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. April 3, with a service beginning at 7 p.m., at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Lake Worth.
