Paul E. Farrington, 82, died March 26, 2010, at Indian River Medical Center. He was born in Lowell, Mass., and lived in Vero Beach for 23 years, coming from Andover, Mass. He served in the Navy during the World War II. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University, Boston. He worked for New England Telephone and Telegraph for 30 years before his retirement, as district manager of public relations. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Ruth Farrington of Vero Beach; son, Paul Farrington of Vero Beach; daughters, Jean Murray of Glastonbury, Conn., Kathleen Farrington of Los Angeles and Amy Koehler of Pflugerville, Texas; brothers, Leo Farrington of East Pepperell, Mass., Lawrence Farrington of Andover; and two grandchildren.
