Mary Marcy Richards, 88, died May, 10, 2009, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, N.J.
She was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and lived most of her life in Glen Ridge, N.J., and Vero Beach.
She was a graduate of Edgewood Manor. She was a member of the Junior League of Glen Ridge, N.J., and Junior League of Vero Beach.
Survivors include her brother, T.L. Smith of Savannah, Ga.; daughters, Ann Hartig of Fair Haven, N.J., and Rosemary Richards of St. John; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons, Ralph Richards and Lewis Gordon Miller; and her husband, Ralph Latimer Richards.
Visitation will be at 10:30 a.m. March 31 in the Prayer Garden of Trinity Episcopal Church, Vero Beach.
