James “Jim” Culleton, 85, died March 11, 2010, at Indian River Medical Center.
He was born in New York City and lived in Vero Beach for 20 years, coming from the Bronx, N.Y. He worked in photography in New York and was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church and the Elks Lodge in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Agnes Culleton of Vero Beach; son, Jim Culleton of New York City; stepsons, Mark Curley of Winter Springs, and Charles Curley and Michael Curley, both of Long Island, N.Y.; stepdaughter, Theresa Simmonds of Staten Island, N.Y.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; 10 step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Florence Culleton; and brothers, Jake and Kiki Culleton.
