Ducks Unlimited Hunt Feast to raise funds for Wetlands Conservation

VERO BEACH — Ducks Unlimited of Vero Beach is preparing for its annual Fabulous Hunt Feast, 5:30 p.m. Monday, April 19 at the Vero Beach Country Club to raise funds for Wetlands Conservation.  The Hunt Feast will include venison, pan seared duck, grilled quail, roasted pork loin, potatoes, rice, vegetables, salad and dessert; two drink tickets are included.  Tickets are $100.

Ducks Unlimited is the largest and oldest wetlands protection group on the North American continent and is one of the nation’s premier charities.  DU has preserved and protected millions of acres of wetlands in North America including the Stick Marsh, Broadmoor, TM Goodwin and Merritt Island, in our area.  DU protects wildlife and aquatic life, and supports tens of thousands of recreational careers.

The event’s live and silent auction items include golf outings, hunt outings, and an incredible array of shotguns and hunting equipment, and exciting items for the home.
