VERO BEACH — Downtown Friday’s Dancing in the Street will be held on Friday, March 26 featuring live music, band break entertainment plus many other family activities. The party is held on 14th Avenue between 20th and 21st Streets in historic downtown Vero Beach from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Presenting Sponsors are Main Street Vero Beach and Southern Eagle-Budweiser.
Businesses, non-profit organizations, crafters and political booths are available for the three-hour event which regularly draws several thousand people of all ages. Food vendors are by invitation only.
“Downtown Friday” will supply a 10 ft. by 10 ft. space on a first-come first served basis. There will be no electricity, tents, tables or chairs provided. No sale or give-a-ways of food or beverage is allowed unless you have signed up as a food vendor. Sale of merchandise and promotion, as well as give-a-ways and prize drawings are encouraged. No helium balloons are allowed.
Main Street Vero Beach members and non profits will be charged $35 and non-members $65 which includes a one-year membership to Main Street. Political Booths are $100.
Proceeds are to benefit the growth and preservation of downtown Vero Beach.
