VERO BEACH — At 7:30 p.m. Monday March 15 the Indian River Symphonic Association will present a concert by the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of conductor JoAnn Falletta. The concert will be held at the Community Church of Vero Beach. Selections include Barber School for Scandal, Ravel Piano Concerto in G Major and Rachmaninoff Symphony No. 2 in E Minor, op. 27, and features pianist Fabio Bidini.
