VERO BEACH — The Indian River Symphonic Association will present a concert by the Moscow State Radio Symphony Orchestra, 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 30. Renovations to the concert venue in the Community Church have resulted in changes to the seating arrangements and ticket holders should plan to arrive a little earlier than usual to find their seats.
