VERO BEACH – The popular Bass & Birdies Golf and Fishing Tournament to benefit the Education Foundation of Indian River County will be held Monday Jan. 11 at the Indian River Golf Club. Designed to show off skill levels in a combination of ways, the event takes players on a golfing and fishing adventure. Each participant plays a full round of golf, but also fishes at four lakes on the course (catch and release of course). The more fish caught, the better the score.
