Ruth Small Green, 73 of Fellsmere, passed away Dec. 6, 2009 at Sebastian River Medical Center.She was born Sept. 19, 1936 in Ashtabula, Ohio and was a resident of Fellsmere, for 20 years, coming from Fort Pierce. Mrs. Green was a waitress at Marsh LandingSurvivors include her husband of 35 years Troy S.
