VERO BEACH — Piper Aircraft, still in search of engineers for its new PiperJet, will conduct a job fair in Wichita, Kan., later this week. Wichita is home to Cessna and Hawker Beechcraft and has seen its workforce tumble since recession hit the aircraft industry. Piper officials will be in Wichita on Friday and Saturday looking to fill a variety of positions, including airframe design, stress analysis, electrical and avionics design and mechanical systems.
