SEBASTIAN — Sebastian City Council candidate Joe Scozzari doesn’t care who you vote for, so long as you vote. And in order to help more voters get to the poles, he’s offering free transportation to the polls on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3.
“This year is the most important city council election the city of Sebastian has had in many years,” Scozzari said. “We, the residents, are at a crossroads and only the voter can turn the corner in the right direction.”
“For this reason, I want to make it possible for all of our community to turn the
vote out,” the candidate added.
The vehicle will have assistance for the handicapped. There will also be refreshments for all who need a ride to and from their polling place.
Pick up on Tuesday will begin at 6:30 a.m. and end when polls close at 7 p.m.
Reservations are requested as seats are limited. To place a reservation, call (772) 589-2682.
“It does not matter who you vote for, what matters are that you are given the opportunity to get out and vote,” Scozzari said. “Every vote counts for every candidate.”
