Shirley Wolff Fraser, 84, Vero Beach

Shirley Wolff Fraser, 84 of Vero Beach, died Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach. She was born April 13, 1925 in Cleveland and was a resident of Vero Beach for 53 years, coming from Parma, Ohio. She was a Gold Star Wife, a homemake, a member of St. Helen Catholic Church; the VFW and the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary, the Green Peace World Wild Life Association Federation and the Friends of the American Indians.     Survivors include her three sons Michael Roske, Raymond Roske and John Paul Roske all of Vero Beach; three daughters Karen Ciacci of Clarksville, Ga., and Marlene Roske and Mary Katherine Snowden both of Vero Beach; two brothers Gordon Wolff of Vero Beach and Warren Wolff of Twinsburg, Ohio; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.   She was predeceased by her son Edward Roske, first husband Edward Roske, Sr. and second husband Paul K. Fraser.   Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, P.O. BOX 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301, Attn.: Gift Processing   Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory in Vero Beach. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009 at the Funeral Home.
