Florida Division of Elections

The Florida Division of Elections oversees all things election related. The Web site, www.Election.dos.state.fl.us, has assorted information about voter registration, elections, voting, petitions and initiatives and much more.

 

The department’s mission it is to provide statewide coordination and direction for the interpretation and enforcement of election laws, as required by the Florida Statutes, and to provide supervision to the Bureaus in the division, according to the site.
