Ellen Louise Llerena, 56, of Vero Beach, died Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Munroe Regional Medical Center, Ocala. She was born May 19, 1953, in Akron, Ohio, and had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1986 coming from her birthplace.
Ellen graduated from Firestone High School and attended Akron University. She was a homemaker, an accomplished equestrian, and lover of animals. Survivors include her mother, Gerri Cochran, of Vero Beach; two brothers, Kevin Cochran, of Boca Raton, and Tommy Cochran, of Youngstown, Fla.; and two sisters, Colleen Bowers and Shelia Forrest, both of Vero Beach. She was predeceased by her husband Ted Llerena in April of this year.
At the request of the family a memorial service will be held at a later date.
