“Making Science Elementary”A new and special workshop for science teachers – Making Science Elementary will be held Wednesday, August 12 and Thursday August 13. The workshop is designed to provide teachers with the opportunity to strengthen their science skills. Sarah Rhodes-Ondi from the Environmental Learning Center is the course presenter.
Workshops will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Technical Education Center at the School District of Indian River County Office. Elementary teachers, grades 1st through 3rd, are invited to attend the August 12 workshop and elementary teachers, grades 4th – 5th are invited to attend the August 13 workshop
Space is limited and reservations are required through the SDRIC Staff Development Office or by contacting the Foundation. This program is made possible by a grant from the John’s Island Service League.
