SEBASTIAN — Getting a new laptop, calculator or cell phone for the new school year and not sure what to do with the old ones? Doing some summer cleaning and finding old CD players, stereos, head phones and answering machines to discard of, but not sure how to do it in an environmentally-friendly way? Mark your calendar for Saturday, Aug. 1. Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District ( S.W.D.D.) and Keep Indian River Beautiful (K.I.R.B.) will be hosting an Electronics Recycling Event in the North County behind the Sebastian City Hall on Main Street.
