WABASSO ISLAND – Plans are in full swing for the Environmental Learning Center’s Charity Golf Outing to be held at Bent Pine Golf Club on Friday, November 19. The theme for the 18th annual event is "Birds of a Feather, Golf Together." The cost is $300 per person inclusive.

VERO BEACH -- Join Youth Guidance and Connected 4 Kids at a Financial Preparation for the Family workshop on Monday, September 27, 5:30 to 7:30 pm.  The free financial forum will be held at The Majestic 11 Theatre in Vero Beach.  This is an ideal way for adults to learn some excellent information about reaching their financial goals and dreams and planning for their future.

VERO BEACH -- The Board of Directors of the Indian River Genealogical Society has announced its schedule of programs for this fall.

All general meetings of the IRGS are free and open to the public.  Monthly meetings are held at 9:30 a.m. in the large first floor conference room of the Indian River County Main Library, on second Tuesdays, September through May.  The library is located at1600 21st Street, Vero Beach.
