Girls on the Run Virtual 5K: Run, Red, White & Blue

Girls on the Run of the Treasure Coast will host a Virtual 5K the week of November 9-14th. Girls on the Run is known nationally for the focus on physical, social, and emotional health of girls using fun running games and discussions for girls in 3rd-8th grades.
During the 8-week program, girls participate in lessons that foster confidence, build peer connections, and encourage community service while they prepare for an end-of-season celebratory 5K event at their school site. In the spirit of keeping the community involved and moving forward, Girls on the Run of the Treasure Coast will sponsor a Virtual Celebration 5K – Run, Red, White, and Blue.
Participation in the 5K can be completed “your way,” and participants can run, walk, or even bike their way to celebrate healthy movement. Registration cost is $15 for adults, $10 for 12 and under and includes a medal and tote bag. Participants are encouraged to share their red, white, and blue spirit and run united in support of the girls.
