Ocean Research and Conservation Association founder/chief scientist Dr. Edie Widder will be the guest speaker at the first public meeting of the newly-formed Clean Water Coalition of Indian River County. The meeting will be held Jan. 17 at 7 p.m. at the River House, 305 Acacia Rd., Vero Beach.
