Bowl to Build Scholars

Wear you best Halloween costume at Habitat’s spooktacular Bowl to Build Scholars! This Halloween-themed event will take place on Sunday, Oct. 28 at 1 p.m. at Vero Bowl.

The event will feature a 50/50 raffle, basket raffles, contests, awards and a chance to win best Halloween costume
.
The $40 per person registration fee (four or five-person teams and individuals are welcome) includes three games of bowling, shoe rental, a $5 coupon towards food and drinks, and prizes. All bowling skill levels are welcome.

Vero Bowl is located at 929 14th Lane in Vero Beach.

Proceeds will benefit Habitat’s Scholarship Program. The program is aimed at helping Habitat homeowners and/or their children pursue education beyond a high school diploma and/or GED.

Homeowners and their children can apply for and receive financial support or scholarships toward college, secondary or trade school programs, as well as stipends to help pay for afterschool and summer care programs.
