The Source for the Poor and the Homeless with a main campus located in Vero Beach and Dignity Buses located in Vero Beach and Palm Bay, FL announce their storm/hurricane procedures.
The main campus building, at 1015 Commerce Avenue, is NOT a hurricane rated storm shelter.
It will effectively CLOSE at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 26, and NO services or programs, meals or sleeping accommodations will be offered.
Dignity Bus WILL continue sleeping accommodations through Sunday evening, September 25 in both Vero Beach and Palm Bay. They will NOT be utilized effective Monday, September 26 for its usual schedule.
Following the conclusion of the storm/hurricane, the campus building and buses will be inspected. Once determined safe, the operations will return to normal and its opening and return to schedules will officially be announced at that time.
All members from both locations are encouraged to go to a storm shelter.
