VERO BEACH — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a trio who officers said stole more than $2,000 in Nicotine vapes and other merchandise from a grocery store last week. Vero Beach police released surveillance images of the suspects this week on its agency Facebook page.

Officers said two men and a woman went inside the Grocery Express on 20th Street on March 30. The suspects stole a display case containing several miscellaneous CBD items and Nicotine vapes worth a total of $2,310.88, Vero Beach police officers said.

Police described the trio as being in their late teens to early 20’s. Officers said one suspect is a black man last seen wearing black pants and a white ski mask over his face.

Another suspect was described as a white man, with brown hair, last seen wearing a long-sleeve T-shirt, blue jeans and red shoes. The third individual was described as a white woman, with blonde and black hair, last seen wearing a red tank top and blue shorts.

Police believe the trio live in the area. Those with information of the identity of the suspects should contact police Det. Jennifer Brumley at 772-978-4667 or jbrumley@vbpd.org.
