An Indian River County patrol deputy saw a silver Volkswagen about 7 p.m. Friday traveling southbound in the 1500 block of 27th Avenue. Neither the driver nor front seat passenger were wearing seat belts, reports show.

The deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke with the driver, identified by his license as Green. The passenger, later identified as Adderly, initially told deputies his name was Frank Fuller, reports show.

Adderly told deputies he did not have identification, officials said. The deputy had both men get out of the vehicle.

Deputies searched the vehicle and found a bag of marijuana in the driver’s side door pocket, officials said. Deputies also found green tubes and plastic bags that had more than 10 grams of ecstasy tabs, reports show.

One of the bags was found on the front passenger floorboard. Green told deputies he bought the ecstasy from Adderly, reports show.

Deputies arrested both men and took them to the county jail. Adderly and Green both have arraignments at 8:45 a.m. Nov. 20, court records show.
