Theodore C. Watson, Jr., 78, Vero Beach

Theodore “Teddy” C. Watson, Jr., 78, of Vero Beach, passed away Sept. 14, 2020, at his home. He was born in New Castle, Pa., and in 2018 moved from Scottsdale, Ariz., to Vero Beach.

Teddy had attended Malone University in Canton, Ohio.

He was the founder of Semipack Services, Inc., of Melbourne, Fla.

Teddy was a member of Mountain View Presbyterian in Scottsdale and Palms Presbyterian of Jacksonville, Fla.

Survivors include his wife of 2 1/2 years, Alison Watson; daughter, Mary (Scott) Bloyd, of Melbourne Beach, Fla.; granddaughters, Kathryn (Joe) Colella and Kyleigh Bloyd, both of Melbourne; great-grandson, Jameson Colella, of Melbourne; sister, Nancy McCaskey, of New Castle; step-daughter, Anastasha Asselstine, of Mesa, Ariz.; and adopted daughter, Kimberly Bloyd, of Melbourne.

He is predeceased by his wife, Janet Ascione Watson.

A Visitation will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 19, at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.  A Memorial Service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 20, at First Presbyterian Church, Vero Beach.
