Charles L. Gollnick, 92, Vero Beach

Charles L. Gollnick, 92, of Vero Beach, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020. He was born in Ft. Pierce, on Oct. 1, 1927, to parents, Eugene and Cora Gollnick.

Charlie had served in the United States Marine Corp.

He retired from the City of Vero Beach, after 40 years as Head Lifeguard.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Carol Ann Gollnick; sons, Glenn Charles Gollnick, of Ft. Pierce, and Michael Charles Gollnick, of Vero Beach; daughters, Cynthia Ann Reschak and Sandra Lee Curl, both of Vero Beach; and five grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in his name, may be given to VNA Hospice, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL  32960.

 

Sebastian A. Murano, 75, Sebastian

Sebastian “Sal” A. Murano, 75, of Sebastian, was born March 29, 1945, in New York. He passed away July 21, 2020.

He was married to Theresa “Terry” Murano and they recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 4, 2020.

Sal served his country as a Marine and Vietnam Veteran. He was a proud member of the NYPD-Retired, Life member and Commander of the VFW; Levittown, N.Y. Sal was also an active member of the Elks and The Italian American of Sebastian.

Sal is survived by his wife, Terry; three sons, Brian, David, John; their spouses; and 11 grandchildren.

Mass will be held on Friday, July 24, at 10 a.m. at St. Sebastian Church in Sebastian with burial immediately following at Sebastian Cemetery.
