Bright and airy villa is close to dining, shopping and I-95

The villa at 1861 Oak Grove Court in the Villas at Three Oaks, which was built in 2017, is bright and airy, says Rick Wykoff, homeowner and Alex MacWilliam Inc. realtor. “And it’s move-in ready!”

“It’s a really quiet neighborhood right off 60, and we never hear anything. We’re in the West Vero Corridor, so everything is nearby: Home Depot, Lowe’s, Chick-fil-A,” says Wykoff, who says he’ll miss the neighborhood.

“I do like the fact that I can be to Home Depot in five minutes or less. It’s a nice, quiet, little gated community and everybody knows everybody,” but he adds that he wants to be closer to his children.

In addition to the proximity to shopping, Wykoff says that the homeowners’ association provides a lot for very reasonable dues of $177 per month. “You don’t cut any grass. You don’t do anything. It’s a great little community, and it’s very well kept.”

Three Oaks is a gated community located minutes from the West Vero Corridor, off 74th Avenue, just east of Pointe West. With just over 100 homes, it is a tight-knit, active community. Amenities include a central mail area, community pool, and clubhouse with fitness area, kitchen and casual gathering area.
