Kim Alana Dicob, 58, Vero Beach

Kim Alana Dicob, 58, of Vero Beach, passed away Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019, at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach. Kim was born in Syracuse, N.Y., and moved to Vero Beach in 2002 from Oneida, N.Y.

She had owned Mr. D’s restaurant in Oneida prior to her moving to Florida. While in Vero Beach, Kim worked for Bob Evans and Sloans Restaurants before her retirement.

Kim enjoyed music, dancing, watching movies, and most of all spending time with family.

Survivors include her son, David Dicob, of Fort Pierce; granddaughter, Christina Stone; siblings, Bobby, Gary, Gilbert, Mike and Pam; and her father, Robert Dicob, of Vero Beach.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Dicob.

A memorial gathering to celebrate Kim’s life will take place 2-4 p.m. Friday, at the Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach, Florida with a service honoring her life beginning at 4 p.m.
