High ceilings and large windows help the house on E. Village Square in Pointe West feel bigger than it is without it being so big you might feel lost inside.

“It’s not too big,” listing agent Chip Landers said, “but big enough.”

Landers, an agent with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices, represents the homeowner who is relocating out of state.

The nearly-1,800-square-foot house is listed for $289,900 and is move-in ready, Landers said.

Built in 2017, the house has had just the one owner who meticulously maintained the property.

Speaking for the owner, Landers said she bought in Pointe West’s East Village neighborhood because it is a “nice community, safe and secure.”
