Pair will vie for one Indian Harbour Beach council seat

Indian Harbour Beach City Council Seat 5 will have Incumbent Deputy Mayor Scott Nickle going against challenger Hampton Black. Nickle has been a council member since 2006 after serving four years on the Planning and Zoning Board. He is vice president of Bussen-Mayer Engineering Group, a local Civil Engineering consulting firm. Black is a NASA design engineer.

Indian Harbour Beach City Council Seat 4 has incumbent Frank Guertin unopposed after no other candidates qualified.

City Council terms are three years staggered, meaning there is a city election for one or two seats in Indian Harbour Beach every year.

There is no Satellite Beach City Council seat open this election.
