Elizabeth I. Meinking, 92, Vero Beach
Elizabeth I. Meinking, 92, of Vero Beach, passed away June 16, 2018, at Hospice House in Vero Beach. She was born Oct. 14, 1925, in New York City and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 33 years, moving from Cold Spring Harbor, Long Island, N.Y.
Mrs. Meinking was married to William F. Meinking (deceased) for 50 years and was a regular volunteer at Vero Beach Museum of Art as well as the Library System of Indian River County.
Survivors include two sons, Richard A. Meinking and William E. (Sharon) Meinking, both of Vero Beach.
A memorial service will be held at Indian River Estates West Building Chapel on Sunday, June 24, at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to VNA Hospice House of Vero Beach in Mrs. Meinking’s memory.
