AFP offers a free seminar for local nonprofits

VERO BEACH — Learn tax and accounting implications for nonprofits at the upcoming Association for Fundraising Professional, Indian River Food for Thought seminar on May 10. The workshop will be held at Northern Trust Bank, 755 Beachland Blvd, Vero Beach, 8:30-10 a.m. This is a complimentary workshop for AFP IR members and their guests.

Scott Nuttall, CPA, CFP Managing Partner of KMETZ, NUTTALL, ELWELL, GRAHAM, PLLC will present the talk. He has a BS in accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, an extensive background in auditing and accounting, as well as experience with construction, developers, real estate, homeowners’ associations, recreational and social clubs, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations.

AFP Indian River promotes professional development, networking and volunteer opportunities for local fund development professionals, and is committed to diversity as an ongoing proactive process in its governance, committees, membership, programs and activities.
