VERO BEACH — Registration for Summer classes at Indian River State College is now open. Registering early provides the opportunity to get the best selection of classes. Offered in two semesters, summer courses are just six weeks long and allow students the opportunity to get ahead or stay on schedule by focusing on a subject area in a shorter time period with greater emphasis.
Summer A classes start Wednesday, May 9, and end Wednesday, June 20. The last day for registration and payment is Tuesday, May 8. Summer B classes start Wednesday, June 27, and end Wednesday, Aug. 8. The last day for registration and payment is Monday, June 25.
IRSC offers over 100 programs, combining, quality, affordability and convenience. Five campuses are in easy driving distance on the Treasure Coast and the College offers opportunities for online learning through the Virtual Campus.
Students can take advantage of Quick Job Training to develop skills in a year or less or choose two-year Associate in Arts Degree or an Associate in Science Degree programs. IRSC also offers 21 Bachelor’s Degree programs.
