First Presbyterian Chamber Music Concert series presents trumpet March 4

VERO BEACH – A concert featuring Joe Jamerson on trumpet will be held on Sunday, March 4, at 4 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church sanctuary, 520 Royal Palm Blvd., Vero Beach.

This event is free to the community; donations will be accepted.

Joe Jamerson, a self-described “passionate, non-professional musician,” lives a multi-faceted life. He is Vice President of Field Personnel Development for the Employee Benefits division of the Allstate Insurance Company, and has held the position of Principal Trumpet with the Gainesville Orchestra for thirty-three seasons.

Jamerson is also a founding member of the Gainesville Brass Quintet, and has performed with professional orchestras throughout the United States. Among his many talents, he is also a guest lecturer and published author.
