David Lamar White, 63, Vero Beach

David Lamar White, 63, of Vero Beach, died Jan. 12, 2018, at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach. David was born March 12, 1954 in Dalton, Ga., and lived in Vero Beach coming from Cohutta, Ga.

David attended Southern Tech in Atlanta and graduated from Dalton State College with an AS degree.

He retired from Eagle Rock distributing previously Dalton Beverage after working over 30 years.

David was a member of Vero Beach Church of Christ and Pleasant Grove Methodist Church in Dalton, Ga.

He is survived by his wife, Earlene White; sons, Paul Rollins (Martha), and Jason Rogers; daughter, Teresa Renz (Todd Gavin); two grandchildren, Greyson Renz and Jarod Rollins; and one great-granddaughter, Ava Williams; sister, Linda Sterlacci; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his mother and father, Erma and Luke White; two brothers, Jack and Earl White; and grandson, Haden Williams.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 11 a.m. at the Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home, Vero Beach.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, Jan. 20, from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. with a service at 2 p.m. at the Christ Community Church, 808 West Walnut Avenue, Dalton, Ga.
